Integral Prefabricated

The modular prefabricates that the group manufactures enable a reduction in the occupation time of industrial land in the factory and minimize interference in production. They are custom-made "SKIDS" for automatic "mixproof" valve manifold systems for tank filling/emptying, mixing systems, pasteurizers, and thermizers, as well as stations for cleaning (CIP), stations for raw material addition, and "mixing" stations, among others. These "SKIDS" are tested and verified, ensuring that they are ready to be installed and integrated into the on-site process.

In the manufacturing process, Eigra Group includes:

• Modular prefabricates, adapted for transport and integrated into the project.
• Complete 3D design (texturing and rendering) and mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Development of electrical engineering and schematics using EPLAN, 3D, Autocad, etc.
• TIG and Orbital Hygienic Welding.
• Traceability and welding records.
• Endoscopic vision of welds.
• Electrical and control cabinets.
• Signal wiring.
• Signaling and labeling of cables.
• PLC programming.
• SCADA/HMI programming.
• Electrical and control cabinets.
• Data acquisition and processing.
• Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
• Export Documentation.

Integrated projects

Design, production, and installation are seamlessly managed by Eigra Group through a collaborative effort involving a skilled team of engineers, project managers, and specialized on-site installation teams. This collective expertise allows the group to actively participate in various stages of the process, including conceptualization, design, manufacturing, assembly, and commissioning.

The group's capabilities span from the initial study and conceptualization to the design of the solution, encompassing installation and commissioning. Throughout this comprehensive process, Eigra Group considers the client's expressed needs, as well as production conditions and data acquisition requirements, guiding development and subsequent analysis.

Eigra Group assumes a leadership role in the project, employing its qualified personnel for both the study and installation phases. Additionally, the group provides the option for service maintenance and continuous improvement.

Engineering and Design

After more than 28 years of experience providing solutions for manufacturing in the food industry, we have acquired extensive knowledge of the process, from reception to filling.

Currently, we offer integrative solutions supported by the specialization of our mechanical, electrical, and automation departments. Eigra Group has experienced professionals in agro-food industrial installations and automation with the ability to generate and design a solution tailored to the client's needs.

The work of our professional team and technical resources validates the comprehensive or partial design, contributing aesthetic and functional value, performance, and efficiency to both production and data monitoring and evaluation.

In recent years, food and pharma transformation processes have evolved significantly. Currently, manufacturing lines incorporate technologies and equipment that need to be integrated at the mechanical, electrical, and control levels.

Electronic design for the process

The electrical systems are required to meet the specific standards of food manufacturing, ensuring compliance with stringent criteria such as hygiene, safety, and reliability.

Our design takes into consideration the following criteria:

• MCC for control and load management in the process.
• Hygienic cabinets distributed in the process area.
• Control PLC cabinet.
• Design and configuration of industrial communication networks.
• Pneumatic networks for valve and element actuation.
• Design of separate conduits for signal and power.
• Design compatible with access for operation and maintenance.
• Safety loop design, emergency stops, and safety LOTOS.
• Design schematics in EPLAN, Autocad, etc.
• Wiring design that allows for installation hygiene, with detectable elements.
• Hygienic and indelible labeling.

The development of design and assembly based on distribution, hygiene, and aesthetics is crucial for electrical distribution in an industrial facility. To enhance these qualities, Eigra Group's electrical personnel continuously undergo training in the food field, developing essential skills and capabilities for this environment. Some key areas in which our personnel receive training include communication networks, control hardware architecture, communication architecture, and industrial safety. Additionally, expertise is developed in electrical design using 'EPLAN,' and meticulous validations are conducted at every stage of design, assembly, testing, and packaging of cabinets tailored for the food industry.

Every cabinet crafted, assembled, manufactured, and supplied by Eigra Group adheres to "CE marking" standards and is accompanied by comprehensive documentation detailing tests and validation processes.

Electrical installation in the process area

We understand how crucial hygiene is for our clients in food processing areas, so we strive to implement electrical assembly solutions that promote cleanliness and hygiene in the installation.

Automation and PeM

One of the most critical aspects within the food industry is the manufacturing process, based on industrial process engineering, hardware architecture design, automation and control, and data acquisition and processing. These processes are carried out to achieve efficiency validated by improved production at the lowest cost.

Eigra Group has an automation department with extensive experience in the food sector, equipped with training and knowledge of products and technologies such as Siemens, Schneider, Allen Bradley (Rockwell), and Omron, among others. Additionally, we hold 'Archestra Certification' for the development and maintenance of Wonderware SCADA applications, widely used in the agro-food industry. The integration with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for production data control, utilized in efficiency management through the client's ERP, falls within our capabilities and contributes to the comprehensive management of continuous production.

On-site assembly

The project management service at Eigra Group coordinates the project's execution with a global perspective, enabling the various installations involved to work cohesively according to the plan, eliminating non-productive times, interferences between companies, and delays.

Our management, control, and on-site assembly focus on the following points:

• Technical liaison with the client.
• Monitoring and management of resources to meet the plan.
• Compliance with technical project specifications.
• Reception, unloading, and positioning of equipment.
• Design and monitoring of automation.
• Signal and communication testing.
• Commissioning.
• As-built documentation.
• Quality management.
• OSHAS management.

Total quality

Eigra Group, as an international provider of prefabricated components and assemblies in food manufacturing processes, has structurally defined, developed, and implemented procedures and instructions that ensure quality in every project, in accordance with ISO-9001 standards.

The Quality and Safety department, in collaboration with the Integrated Management System (IMS), continuously reviews all work, monitoring them along with data control and the delivery of documentation validated by project managers. This provides Eigra Group and the client with assurance regarding the adherence to execution timelines, safety measures, and financial investment, as well as documentation and/or communication about the project's status at any given moment. These are fundamental values in the management of the entire food industry process and the information requested.
