Plant installation project for the reception, storage, blending, and dispatch of palm oil, molasses, and fatty acids at a seaport. Handling of unloading and loading operations from the ship to the truck and vice versa. Responsibilities included acting as a project manager from civil construction to project commissioning and delivery, involving all companies and departments within the Eigra Group. The project was executed in collaboration with Siemens and Ignition.
